Every arrangement starts with a little care. These terms explain how we prepare your order, agree the details and arrange delivery at Spectacular Candle Lab. Please read them together with our Returns, Shipping, Privacy and Candle Care pages before placing an order.
Made especially for your order
Our candle flowers and arrangements are handcrafted and made to order. Before ordering, review the selected design, colour, quantity, price and delivery details. A photograph may show styling or several pieces; only the items described in the product listing or your agreed custom quote are included.
Small differences in flower placement, surface finish or colour can occur with handcrafting and screen settings. We will not make a material change to an agreed design without discussing it with you. Normal handmade variations do not excuse a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied product.
Personal designs and event orders
A custom-order enquiry is a request to discuss a design, not a purchase or a payment. We confirm the design, quantity, total price, any delivery cost, payment arrangements and expected completion date before you commit. Weddings, large quantities and special designs may need longer preparation; please share your event date before ordering.
Prices, taxes and payment
Store prices are in Canadian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable GST/HST and any agreed shipping charge are included in the order total shown before payment. Free delivery applies to addresses within the City of Toronto. Delivery outside Toronto is calculated and confirmed for your order; see our Shipping Policy.
Use the payment methods available at checkout or the payment arrangement agreed in your custom quote. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details through an enquiry form. Production begins after the order details and the required payment have been confirmed.
Check the details before confirming
You can review your shopping bag, address and order total before placing the order. Please check your email address, telephone number, delivery address, requested date and selected items carefully. Keep the order confirmation and contact the studio promptly if you spot an error or do not receive it.
If we cannot fulfil an order as agreed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or refund the affected unfulfilled order. We will not impose an unapproved replacement, additional fee or revised design.
Delivery, changes and final sales
We offer free delivery within the City of Toronto and aim to deliver within 48 hours after order details and the required payment are confirmed. This is a target, not a guaranteed delivery deadline. Any different preparation or delivery schedule is agreed with you; event and bulk orders require advance coordination.
Because each piece is made for your order, a correctly supplied, undamaged item cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded simply because you change your mind after receiving it. If you need a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. Changes depend on whether production has begun. Our Returns Policy explains the process and the help available for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Care, safety and your account
Handle glass and candle flowers gently and follow the product's care instructions. Before lighting any part of an arrangement, read the Candle Care page and ask the studio if you are unsure whether that piece is intended to be burned as displayed. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep account login details private and use the website lawfully. Our photographs and original designs may not be reused commercially without permission. Links to other services, including Instagram, are governed by those services' own terms and privacy practices.
Questions and your rights
Use the Contact page for order questions, corrections or concerns and include your order number where available. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights, remedies or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law. Policy updates apply to future orders; they do not remove the terms or rights attached to an existing order.
