Spectacular Candle Lab uses personal information to prepare your order, arrange delivery and respond to you. This policy explains the information involved when you shop, create an account or send the studio an enquiry.

When you place an order or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order details, account information and the message or design preferences you choose to share. Custom-order requests may include your occasion, date, colour preferences and reference material.

The website also processes technical information such as your IP address, browser details and shopping-session activity for security and site operation. Please provide only information relevant to your request, and do not upload another person's private details without their permission.

How we use your information

We use the information needed to answer enquiries, confirm designs and quotes, process and record orders, coordinate delivery, manage accounts, provide customer support, prevent misuse and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use an order enquiry as permission to send promotional messages; marketing communications require the appropriate consent and a way to unsubscribe.

Payments and service providers

Payments are handled through the payment method or provider used for your order. That provider processes the payment information required for the transaction under its own privacy and security terms. Do not send card numbers, passwords or sensitive payment details through our contact or custom-order forms.

We share necessary information with service providers involved in hosting, order processing, payment, email, delivery and website security. For example, a delivery provider needs the recipient's address and contact details. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law. Some service providers may process information outside Canada, where it can be subject to local laws.

Cookies, saved items and website statistics
