Free delivery within Toronto
Delivery to addresses within the City of Toronto is free. This offer applies to Toronto itself; surrounding Greater Toronto Area municipalities and other destinations are outside the free-delivery area. Please provide your complete address and postal code so we can confirm the delivery arrangements.
Our 48-hour delivery target
For Toronto orders, we aim to deliver within 48 hours after the order details and the required payment are confirmed. We will coordinate the delivery with you. This is an estimated target rather than a guaranteed deadline: handcrafting, order size, availability, weather and delivery conditions can affect timing.
Custom designs, wedding orders and larger quantities may need additional preparation. Any longer lead time or specific delivery date is discussed and agreed before you commit. If you need an arrangement for a fixed date, contact the studio first so we can confirm what is possible. If the agreed schedule changes, we will let you know and discuss the available options.
Delivery outside Toronto
Delivery outside the City of Toronto carries an additional shipping charge. We calculate the cost according to the destination, size of the order and the safe packing and delivery requirements, then confirm it with you before payment or order commitment.
The agreed shipping charge is added to the order total, with applicable tax shown before payment. If your address requires a delivery quote, contact the studio before paying so we can confirm the full total and estimated delivery time. We will not add an unapproved delivery charge after you have paid, and delivery outside Toronto is not covered by the Toronto 48-hour target.
Address and handover details
Check your recipient name, street address, unit number, postal code and telephone number before confirming. Include access instructions where relevant. Please ensure that you or an authorised recipient can receive the arrangement at the agreed time.
If an address is incorrect or a delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Any actual redelivery cost is explained and agreed in advance. We do not leave a fragile arrangement unattended without your prior instructions. If a delivery is missing or appears damaged, contact us promptly so we can investigate and help under our Returns Policy.
Pickup and special arrangements
Pickup is available only when specifically arranged and confirmed with the studio. Please do not travel to an unconfirmed address or assume a public walk-in location. For event delivery, multiple arrangements or special handling, share the details before ordering so timing and any costs can be agreed.
Questions about delivery
Use the Contact page with your delivery address, preferred date and order number if available. Delivery estimates and coordination do not limit any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply by law.
